Practical AI consultancy after the audit.
Finding opportunities is only the start. Kiexus helps businesses turn an AI audit into sensible next steps, with advice and involvement tailored to the organisation rather than a one-size-fits-all monthly plan.
What does ongoing AI consultancy involve?
Ongoing AI consultancy provides guidance as your team decides what to implement, tests selected ideas and reviews whether the changes are working. The right involvement varies significantly: some businesses need a monthly management discussion, while others need more frequent coordination across teams.
We agree the scope, deliverables, responsibilities and fees individually. There is no advertised fixed monthly retainer and no assumption that support must continue after your initial audit.
Services we can discuss
- Prioritising the roadmap: deciding which processes to improve first, and identifying the information needed to make a confident decision.
- Implementation planning: comparing existing software features with conventional automation and more complex AI solutions, then defining a pilot with clear ownership.
- Supplier and implementation oversight: helping you frame requirements, evaluate proposals and understand what a specialist technical provider is delivering.
- Staff adoption and training: identifying practical guidance, review steps and support that employees need to use approved tools effectively.
- Progress reviews: revisiting assumptions, monitoring agreed business measures and deciding whether the next phase is justified.
How we approach AI implementation
We begin with the workflow, not the product. Before recommending implementation, we consider business value, data access, existing technology, ongoing costs and operational risk. Where a low-cost improvement to an existing system is sufficient, there is no reason to specify a complex AI solution.
An initial pilot should have measurable criteria: for example, how long a defined task currently takes, how often it needs rework and who checks the outputs. Any projected savings remain estimates until actual results are measured. We do not promise guaranteed productivity gains.
Working with your departments
We also provide a Surrey AI consultancy guide for businesses exploring local discovery sessions, with the same agreed-scope, data-protection-first approach.
Operations teams may benefit from better information hand-offs and document workflows. Sales teams may need help with CRM notes and consistent follow-ups. Customer-service teams may explore assisted drafting and knowledge retrieval. Finance and HR workflows often need stronger approval, data-protection and human-review controls.
These are examples of what a review might investigate, not assurances that AI will be appropriate for a particular company or dataset.
Confidentiality, data protection and controls
We discuss what information is required and whether data can be minimised or anonymised. Access to employee, customer or commercially sensitive information must be authorised and handled under agreed confidentiality and, where applicable, data-processing arrangements.
Third-party AI tools, transcription services and subcontractors are not automatically authorised to receive client information. Any use involving client data must be reviewed and agreed, and high-risk use cases may require specialist legal, security or data-protection advice.
How much does AI consultancy cost?
Our initial Business AI Opportunity Audit starts from £2,500 and additional defined departments from £1,000 each. This assessment is priced separately from any subsequent work.
Implementation planning, staff training and ongoing AI consultancy are quoted individually after discussing the work involved. Your proposal will set out the agreed outputs, involvement, any support hours, additional-work rates and relevant expenses. We do not publish a standard monthly advisory fee.
Common questions
Do we have to hire Kiexus for implementation after the audit? No. The audit report is designed to help your organisation make a decision and can inform work by your internal team or an external provider.
Can consultancy begin without an audit? We can discuss your current situation, but a defined discovery or assessment stage may still be required before making recommendations.
Can we begin with one department? Yes. A focused pilot is often more useful than changing multiple processes at once. We agree the boundaries before any project starts.
Does Kiexus provide formal legal, cybersecurity or compliance certification? No. Where specialist validation is necessary, the scope should include the right qualified professional.

Whether you have already identified a workflow or need an independent assessment, we can agree what support would be useful and quote for a defined scope.
