The final report uses evidence from your business, not invented savings.
Business-first, not tool-first

Begin with the problem, not a software sales pitch.

Practical recommendations

Know what to improve, buy, build or leave alone.

Clear scope and pricing

Agree the departments and outputs before work starts.

AI OPPORTUNITY AUDIT

Clarity before investment.

Find useful AI opportunities across the way your organisation already works. We assess where people lose time, which processes are suitable, and what implementing a solution could realistically involve.

01

Map how work happens

Interviews with the people doing the work, workflow mapping, pain points, repeat tasks and the tools already in use.

02

Assess AI readiness

Review data access, quality, approvals, human oversight and whether each proposed use case is appropriate.

03

Build a prioritised roadmap

Receive practical recommendations, indicative build and running costs, risks and a focused 30/60/90-day action plan.

An AI opportunity audit is an operational assessment, not a formal cybersecurity audit, legal compliance certification or guarantee of financial savings.
WHERE IT CAN HELP

Start with the teams doing the work.

Each department has different constraints. These are example areas to investigate, not pre-approved solutions.

01 / OPERATIONS

Reduce repetitive admin

Document processing, status updates, handovers and routine reporting.

02 / SALES

Help teams follow up faster

Lead triage, CRM data quality, note summaries and proposal preparation.

03 / CUSTOMER SERVICE

Improve response workflows

Knowledge retrieval, enquiry categorisation and draft responses reviewed by staff.

04 / FINANCE & HR

Streamline internal processes

Approvals, document organisation, recurring analysis and onboarding materials.

HOW THE AUDIT WORKS

Four steps.
A usable plan.

We work with management and the relevant teams, then give you a clear set of priorities you can act on.

Every audit starts with a written scope. Confidential information is handled through an agreed process, not entered casually into public AI tools.
01

Understand your goals.

Agree the teams, priorities, business constraints, current technology and what success should look like.

02

Interview and map processes.

Review a defined set of repetitive workflows, approvals, systems and pain points.

03

Assess opportunities and risks.

Rank ideas by usefulness, readiness, estimated effort, costs, data protection and operational risk.

04

Present your roadmap.

Receive a written report and a walkthrough outlining quick wins, possible pilot projects and next decisions.

DIRECT, PRACTICAL ADVICE

A clearer way to think about AI at work.

Kiexus Digital is run by Luke Barry. The approach starts with conversations about your people and processes, rather than assuming every team needs an AI chatbot or a bespoke system.

You'll receive an agreed scope, an evidence-based assessment and clear next steps. Where a project needs specialist engineering, data protection or security expertise, that requirement should be identified before implementation.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Before we start.

Every business is different. A short discovery conversation will confirm whether an audit is the right first step.

What does the £2,500 audit include?+

A business-level discovery, one priority department, up to three stakeholder interviews and three key workflows, plus an opportunity register, risk notes, indicative costs, a written 90-day roadmap and a presentation of findings. Complex data or additional access work is scoped separately. How we assess AI readiness.

Can you audit more departments?+

Yes. Each additional defined department starts at £1,000 and typically includes up to two interviews and three workflows. Larger teams or highly regulated processes may require a custom quote.

Will you build the AI systems too?+

Implementation is a separate phase. The audit helps determine whether to use existing software, commission a pilot or do nothing. Any subsequent implementation is separately scoped and priced. Read about implementation advice and ongoing consultancy.

Will you need confidential customer data?+

Not for an initial conversation. Where an audit requires sensitive material, access, lawful basis, confidentiality, retention and security safeguards should be agreed in writing first. We avoid unnecessary personal information and do not put business records into public AI tools without appropriate arrangements.

Do you guarantee a particular saving?+

No. Estimates are based on stated assumptions and must be validated in the actual business. Some processes may be unsuitable for AI.

What happens to your existing website services?+

They are still available. Our Websites & SEO section contains the portfolio, ongoing website care and search services.
