AI opportunity audits and published pricing

Our advertised £2,500 starting audit covers an agreed fixed scope including one priority department. Additional department reviews start from £1,000 per department within the scope stated on the service page. Kiexus Digital is not VAT-registered, so no VAT is added to the published audit prices. Your written proposal will specify the number of interviews, workflows, site visits, deliverables, timetable, fees, expenses and payment terms before work starts.

An AI opportunity audit identifies possible improvements and risks. It is not a formal cybersecurity, financial, legal, data-protection or regulatory certification. Time-saving and return-on-investment estimates are indicative assumptions and are not guarantees of future outcomes.

Implementation, training and ongoing consultancy

Building automations, integrating systems, arranging specialist support, staff training and continuing AI advisory are not included in the initial audit unless explicitly agreed in writing. These services are scoped and priced individually after a discussion of the client's needs. We do not offer an advertised flat monthly AI advisory fee or unlimited support.

Client responsibilities and sensitive information

A client engagement must identify authorised decision-makers, relevant systems and access permissions. Clients should only provide information they are authorised to share, inform relevant staff where required, and agree how confidential, personal or commercially sensitive information will be transferred and handled. Do not send confidential documents through a general website enquiry or email before a secure route is agreed.

Data protection, confidentiality and third-party AI systems

Before we process client personal information for an audit, the engagement should establish whether Kiexus is acting as a processor and whether an Article 28 data-processing agreement is needed. Where necessary, that agreement and the project's instructions govern permitted use, confidentiality, access, sub-processors, security, data-return or deletion and assistance with data rights.

Use of third-party AI systems, transcription platforms, cloud tools or external specialists with identifiable client information is not automatically authorised by commissioning an audit. Such use requires documented agreement and appropriate technical, contractual and privacy checks. Separate confidentiality commitments or a non-disclosure agreement may also be appropriate.

Information on this website

We aim to keep website information accurate and available, but it may change. The website alone does not create a consultancy or service contract, and no offer is accepted until the parties agree the written scope and terms.

Existing websites and SEO services

Website creation, maintenance and SEO remain available on the separate Websites & SEO page. Those services have their own scope and commercial terms. No SEO rankings, traffic, enquiries or sales are guaranteed.

Examples and intellectual property

Any website marked as a fictional concept is for design demonstration only and is not a real client case study or proof of business results. Unless stated otherwise, original content and materials are owned by or licensed to Kiexus Digital. Client deliverable ownership, licences and permitted reuse must be addressed in each separate service agreement.

External websites and limitations

Third-party sites linked from this website are controlled by their operators. Nothing on the site constitutes regulated legal, accounting, cybersecurity or data protection advice. Nothing here excludes or restricts liability where the law does not allow it; any project-specific limits or remedies must be agreed in the written contract.

Governing law

These public website terms are intended to be governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to mandatory applicable rights.
